Every crew in the private beta uses the whole product for nothing. Below is the shape the plans will take at general release: three tiers, priced per shop, never per person. Pricing at launch may change, and waitlist members see the real numbers first.

Why is there no number on the plans yet?
Because we have not earned one. Beta crews are telling us what the product is worth to them, and we would rather set the price on that than on a spreadsheet guess. Everyone on the waitlist sees the numbers before anybody is billed.
Will you charge per person?
No. Seats-per-person pricing punishes you for hiring, which is exactly backward for a growing crew. Plans are priced per shop with a team-size band, so a busy season does not change your bill.
What happens to beta crews at launch?
You get a full month on the new plan for free, plus a heads-up email a month before that. If you decide it is not worth it, export your data and leave with no cancellation call.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Pay for the month you are using, cancel from the settings page, and keep your export. Annual billing will exist for shops that want one invoice a year, at a discount.
