Features

Six screens. That is the whole product.

We cut everything that a five-person crew would never open. What is left is the part you use every Friday afternoon and every Monday at 6:00 AM.

One week, one screen

Every person and every job site on a single week grid you can read in five seconds. Drag a shift, and the person working it hears about it before you close the laptop.

Published in one tap. Nobody works from a screenshot of last week.

Reminders that get read

A text lands the night before with the start time, the address, and who else is on the job. Crews reply with one letter to confirm, so you know at a glance who is covered.

Night-before text, morning-of nudge, and a quiet log of who answered.

Swaps without the group chat

Someone puts a shift up, the people qualified for it get asked, and the first yes takes it. You approve or you let it run itself.

Open shifts go only to people who can actually cover them.

Availability you can trust

Each person sets the days they can work and the days they cannot. The grid warns you before you schedule somebody onto a day they already blocked off.

Time off requests land in the same place as everything else.

Hours, already added up

Clock in from the job site, not the shop. At the end of the week the hours are totaled by person and ready to hand to whoever runs payroll.

Export a clean file, or read the totals right on the page.

Built for a phone in a work glove

Big targets, high contrast, and it opens straight to today. No app store account and no training session, because a new hire has to figure it out on their first morning.

Works on the old phone in the truck door, not just the new one.

Every feature had to survive the same question: would somebody open this with one glove off?

On purpose

What is not in the box.

  • No hiring pipeline

You are scheduling people you already employ. Applicant tracking belongs somewhere else.

  • No chat product

Your crew already has a phone and a group thread. We send the shift and get out of the way.

  • No invoicing

Hours export cleanly to whatever you already use for payroll and billing. We are not trying to replace it.

Beta seats open every other Friday. Tell us your team size and we will slot you into the next batch.
